While re-upholstering may not always be the cheapest option it is always comparable to purchasing quality furniture. If you like the comfort and style of your existing furniture, then why look elsewhere?

We can repair almost any kind of damage to your furniture, and have numerous contacts within hte industry to assisted with additional complimentary services if required. We can also advise you on altering your existing furniture to achieve the best results.

Antiques are very important, as not only are they family heirlooms in most instances , but they tell a story about a time and a place in history. Our Mastercraft tradesmen are experienced in traditional upholstery methods and can handle even the most delicate antiques. Classic and modern techniques in antique restoration and leather work are combined to restore each piece.

Reasons for re-upholstering of refurbishing:

Your existing suite is comfortable and you haven't found what you are looking for in all the furniture showrooms.

The timber frame of your existing lounge suite is of a superior quality than of most imported furniture of today.

The comparative cost of a new lounge verses re-upholstering your existing one is around the same price, yet the quality of the fabric we can supply is far superior.

Comparing like-quality, it is less expensive to re-upholster than buying a new "brand name" lounge suite.

Older style furniture can be modernised for a totally new and stunning look.

Antiques and family heirlooms have sentimental value, but may be worn and shabby.

Competitive pricing, pickup & delivery, and free 'no obligation' quotes are only part of the service provided.

Upholstery is the art in which we specialise.

One of our most common requests is to repair recliner chairs.

Nothing is more frustrating than sitting down in your favourite recliner, looking forward to a relaxing evening, then feeling or hearing something snap.

Motion furniture has many moving parts and ultimately some component will fail. It may be something simple as a loose screw or bolt, a broken handle or trigger release mechanism. Or it may be a bit more serious with a broken frame, or, in the case of electric lift recliners, the electrical circuit may be damaged.

The fabric or leather can also deteriorate over time. If you experience any of these things, do not think that it is the end of the recliner's service for you and your family. There are a lot of remedies that can be done to fix or repair your recliner.

Give us a call and we can have it operational for you again!
